James Magee – Sales Director
With 20 years experience in the Middle East, there are few people in the region with more experience than James.
Understanding the unique multi-cultural society that resides in the region is key to effective live communications and James understands this better than most. This knowledge gives him a definite commercial edge when it comes to influencing and communicating with this population.
Some of his most recent event successes include the World CEO Forum which he co-founded in 2004 and James has launched and managed some of the biggest and most important events in the region including the International Motor Show, the International Boat Show, the Computer Shopper and Midcom.
A true believer in the philosophy that experiencing a product, service or brand is the ultimate way to ensure clients understand their benefits, James now acts as Middle East ambassador for the Experiential Marketing Forum.

Kristina Hall – Business Development Director
Fresh and innovative ideas, executed in a professional, personal and finely crafted way, is what Kristina aims to bring to every single event she manages.
Her 12 years of experience in the UK, Europe and the Middle East runs from full-service event planning through to production, including all technical elements of light sound, audio and visual - with the central focus always being on meeting and surpassing client expectations.
Take this and couple it with Kristina’s history of running events for the corporate, private and entertainment industries and you have a person with a wealth of undisputed industry knowledge. A wisdom that she can share with you to make your event a resounding success.
Kristina is the co founder of Dubai’s World CEO Forum, now in its 4th year and has worked for major blue chip companies including Porsche, American Express, Doha Bank, Sky TV and O2 UK.
Andrea Hall - UK Director
With over 12 years experience in the Media and Events industries, Andrea has a wealth of knowledge in all areas of the Event management business.
Specialising in Conferencing, Corporate Parties, team building days and Worldwide International Sporting Events.
Her passion to fulfil all clients' needs with bespoke solutions, which are both innovative and individual, has led to the success of many great events such as a Sin city themed party for 600 people at Sound in Leicester Square,
It's a knockout competitions throughout the country at several leading Universities and a Cuban Carnival event for over 2000 people for Christmas 2007.
Susie Armour – Sales Account Manager
With a positive outlook and a can-do attitude Susie is welcomed as a new member of the team.
Her varied experience in events, marketing and sales means she can easily identify clients’ wishes and deliver them in an efficient and professional manner, ensuring her clients are always happy.
Susie is passionate about events and during her 6 years experience has been involved in a range of different projects. At University she was involved in organising both concerts and club nights, as well as working for a team-building events company where she was required to be a roman goddess one day and the next a punk rocker!
She took these experiences and applied them to her first job as a graduate; working for one of the leading digital publishing houses in the UK during which she managed all events for the company such as the handbag.com Beauty Awards and getlippy.com launch party.
Moving to Dubai from South West London, Susie was eager to begin a new chapter in her life and always endeavours to use all her knowledge and experience to become a productive asset to her team. She also looks forward to gaining valuable life experience in such a different and exciting culture.
Oliver Kent - Sales Account Manager
Ollie is an exciting, forward thinking new addition to the GEM Team.
With a strong history of high achievements in the sporting arena having played soccer for the England young schoolboys, his career path has emerged with 4 years experience in hospitality and management of major sporting events.
Ollie’s strong passion and in depth knowledge of running global sporting events for companies such as Momentum USA, specifically covering the US Open Tennis Tournament will further enhance our unique strength within these categories.
More recently Ollie has worked for the last two years for the THG company (part of The Marcus Evans Group) a leading global sporting events company covering key events and tournaments including the Ryder Cup, Football World Cup and all major F1 races.
With a strong international client base consisting of CEO's worldwide which includes many of the top 500 companies, the UAE is a perfect next step for this experienced fast track newcomer.
