Challenge:

To encourage customer renewals and brand awareness amongst potential consumers.

Insight:

To encourage renewals and news customers by offering by offering tickets to Aviva branded events.

The concept was to create a series of family based outdoor events outdoor involving cars, rewarding customer loyalty and promoting the concept of family and the Aviva Brand.

Idea:

In keeping with the theme of car insurance, a series of drive in cinemas were planned across the U.K exclusively for Aviva new and renewing subscribers..

Results:

Currently 80% of renewing motorists have applied for tickets, some renewals up to 6 months before expiry of their existing policy.
