Palisades

Challenge:

Design and create a spectacular event for Sheikh Issa Al Nayan for the launch of his Palisades development.

Insight:

The Palisades project was a Victorian Architectural masterpiece in a sea of glass and concrete, ‘throw it up and sell it cheap’, developments. We believed the development needed to be a launch with a difference to gain cut-through in an overpopulated market property market.

Idea:

We created a unique and memorable experience with a Victorian Music Hall theme, guests were welcomed by a String Quartet and entertained through the launch by hostess’s dressed in traditional Victorian costumes. The initial launch was over a weekend at the Emirates Towers and then the Pallisades project was taken on a road show to Geneva and San Moritz to gain international exposure and sales promotion. In Geneva, Pallisades sponsored the World’s Luxury Real Estate Conference. In San Moritz, the project sponsored the Cartier Polo.

Results:

72% of the Pallisades properties were sold off plan at the launches and during the international roadshow. Over the weekend over 1,000 investors attended the launch and during the international roadshow over 10,000 people were exposed to the project. As a result of the sponsorship of the World’s Luxury Real Estate conference 100 of the world’s top real estate agents signed an agreement to represent the project in their home country.
