Global Event Management organised and managed, for the second year, a 9-day activation event for Yas Mall, Abu Dhabi. This event was called ‘Adventures in Candyland’, an annual Yas Mall Spring Festival and activation aimed at creating a family-oriented fun experience for the visitors and shoppers at the mall.
The GEM team created a spectacular candy-filled, colourful, festival experience packed with jaw-dropping entertainment and surprises. The activation featured unique experiences including:
The Adventures in Candyland event managed to create a high footfall at the mall, delivered a memorable experience to visitors and supported the mall’s fashion retailers – again strengthening Yas Mall’s brand as one of the leading shopping destinations in the UAE.
The Spring Festival event also managed to generate tremendous media and print coverage, whilst the various social media contests that ran during the event created unparalleled levels of brand awareness for Yas Mall throughout the Middle East region. This included a ‘Spend and Win’ contest with the grand prize of AED 50,000.
Yas Mall were also able to capture valuable data and feedback from the visitors and participants throughout the festival.
