Global Event Management Group were appointed by the Financial Times in the UK to run the Middle East Banking Forum 2016 at the St Regis Hotel, Abu Dhabi, in November 2016.
The event saw an impressive lineup of speakers such as the Governor of the Central Bank of the United Arab Emirates, His Excellency, Mubarak Rashid Khamis Al Mansouri and the Chairman of the UAE Banks Federation, His Excellency Abdul Aziz Abdulla Al Ghurair.
GEM were appointed to deal with all branding for the event, the stage design concept and build, the conference booklets, the overall production and event layout along with the floral and decorative elements.
GEM helped to conduct interviews at the event and put together a small video edit for the FT website. We also took control of all sponsors requirements such as the stand design, furniture and AV elements.
The event saw an increased attendance from last year with over 400 guests attending the forum. The overall feedback was very positive with all guests finding the event informative and particularly well organized.
